A slap can be the best resource to retain employees. Contempo Technologies witnessed it last Saturday. The reason that was given as “the Chris Mom (HR) – Chris Child (RK)” relationship exists till date from the Christmas events where this Chris mom (HR) had the guts to slap the Chris child (RK) with all josh and funs. Though the motive seemed to be somewhat far from reality, we still have the disbelief on the vitality of the slap at that position of time. Consider the Tech event series. This Chris Mom (HR) had just turned from a event place with full spirits, when he or she found the Chris Child (RK) playing around with the mouse (because his figure won’t support playing with bigger things ) straight to his place and gave a tight slap on the face.

Guess the reaction of the Christmas child (RK). It was the same contempo tech events and continued the play with the mouse. When Chris child (RK) asked for the reason, the Chris MOM (HR) said that she was still in the winter season events not being able to forget the Contempo Technologies Christmas celebrations. The whole Contempo tech office giggled for the fact and the situation of events turned funny. Within friends, a slap meant a pat and it was not about weight but happiness. The Chris Child (RK) was moved and his smile told us that he will be committed to the contempo organization both through work and good fellowships. HR policy is fulfilled!!
